The aim of the Donation Exchange is to create a network of quality donors and recipients. Indeed, members of the Donation Exchange must be able to interact with complete trust, transparency, and collaborate effectively.

To achieve this, we ask donors and recipients to commit by accepting a quality charter when registering on the Donation Exchange website. The purpose of this quality charter is to remind everyone of the “best practices” we support, as well as the minimum quality framework we believe is necessary for exchanges to take place under good conditions.
